We achieve this by listening closely to your needs and ideas, and developing a thorough understanding of the site from the outset.
How we work
The design process begins with the initial consultation when we meet with you to discuss your dreams and goals, the scope of the project, and the preliminary budget. We then complete a site survey, including photographs and measurements, and any additional site visits from staff specialists that may be necessary. A conceptual drawing will be prepared and presented along with a budget for all construction elements. Revisions will then be made and a final color drawing will be presented. At this time, we will present pictures of plant and hardscape materials, and all other important design elements. A comprehensive proposal will be presented along with the color plan. Upon approval of the design and proposal the project will then be scheduled for construction.
